BATTI CHOKHA RECIPE

NECESSARY INGREDIENTS

TO MAKE LITTER-

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery
  • 2 tbsp ghee
LITTER MASALA
  • 1 cup sattu
  • 4-5 garlic, grated
  • 1 piece ginger, grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon celery
  • 1 large spoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 spoon pickle pickle
  • Salt to taste

TO MAKE SHARP

  • 1 eggplant, rounded
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2-3 bud garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 piece ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp green coriander
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Salt to taste

METHOD:-

First make the litter:
  • Filter the dough and take it out in the pot bowl.
  • Now add ghee and light salt to it and mix it well. Then dough the soft dough with lukewarm water.
  • Cover the dough and keep it for half an hour. (Sattu Kachoda)
TO MAKE LATHI MASALA:
  • Take Sattu in a bowl and mix it well by adding ginger, green chili, coriander, lemon juice, salt, black salt, cumin, mustard oil and pickle spice. (Make this easy to do this)

  • Now add little water to it and make it a spicy masala.
HOW TO MAKE A LITTER:
Make a medium-sized loaf of kneaded flour and make these bowls like a bowl with the help of hands.
Now fill these spices with 1 to 2 spoons prepared in these brackets and lift the dough from all four sides and close the bowl to make the ball.
- Now suppress this lot with a palm and flatten it a bit.

How to make sharpness:
