| MASALA DOSA |
Necessary Ingredients
- 3 katori rice
- One bowl urad dal
- One spoon gram dal
- A teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- Before half teaspoon baking soda
- 3 to 4 boiled potatoes
- A fine chopped tomatoes
- A finely chopped onion
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
- Finely chopped coriander
- A teaspoon amchoor
- Half teaspoon turmeric
- Half teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- A teaspoon rye
- 10 to 15 episodes

Method
Step 1
First, soak urad dal, gram dal, fenugreek, and rice for 12 hours in water, then take out the peel of pulse, pulse, fenugreek and rice, and then add lentil, fenugreek and rice and mix some water. Pour thick fat.
Then put a baking soda in the paste and keep the paste in a hot place for 12 hours of yeast.
Step 2
Now, for making masala dosa, add two spoonful of oil in a bowl, heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry it, then add green chili, onion, oil and fry it in oil, add tomatoes, red Add chillies, turmeric, amchoor, and salt and cook till tomatoes become soft.
Then add boiled potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, then add green coriander on the spice and stop the gas.
Step 3
Now after making the dosa spice, add salt in the paste and heat a nonstick or iron bowl, then after wiping the pan with a thick thick cloth, add 1 teaspoon of oil and spread the oil on the pan.
Now put a dose paste on the pan with a small bowl, and paste the paste in a round shape, spreading it thinly, then add 2 teaspoons of oil and put it around the dose on the pan.
Step 4
Take the dose on medium flame, when the dosa starts appearing from the top, add 2 to 3 spoons of potato masala on it and turn dosa from spoon with the edges.
Keep in mind that if you want to make another dosa, cover the pan with a wet cloth so that the stem is not too hot, if the tawa is hot then the other doses will not be spread on the pan.
Masala is ready to be a dosa, now you eat with masala dosa sambhar, peanut and coconut chutney.
